1.5 Template Project

database->getPrefix

Returns the current database table prefix code.  By default this will be 'mos_' but this may have been overridden during Joomla installation.  This method was introduced in Joomla 1.1.

Syntax

string getPrefix ( )

Examples

Example:

echo $database->getPrefix();

might produce the following output:

jos_
